Dues are $100 per year. If paid online, a convenience fee is added to account for the fees we are charged.

Yearly Dues Invoices are mailed at the end of February and due at the end of March. These dates fluctuate slightly depending on scheduling and can usually be found on the Events Page.

We try to keep a list of realtors, legal services, contractors, lawn care and snow removal contractors that have had success working in the development up to date on the Property Owner Resources page. If you have someone you like working with that should be added to that page, please let us know.

We try to keep everyone as up to date as possible without overwhelming you with too much information. You can expect to receive Meeting Minutes in the next mailing after a meeting and on our site on the Property Owner Resources tab.
